Peppermint Oatmeal shake

Ingredients

Condensed milk: half a scoop

Sugar – free vanilla ice cream : 1 cup

Oatmeal: 1 cup

Non-fat milk: 2 cups

Water: 1.2 cups

A dash of mint extract

Method

Blend the oatmeal, water and milk. Now add condensed milk, vanilla ice cream and a dash of mint. Blend again for four minutes. Served chilled.
