Caribbean Guava Mousse

Ingredients

Guavas, peeled and chopped: 10 nos

Sifted, powdered sugar: 4 tbsp

Heavy cream: half a cup

Egg whites: 4 nos

Method

Place the guavas and sugar in the jar of a food processor and puree until smooth. Force the puree through a food mill and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
