Ingredients Milk: 3 cups Plain flour: 3 tbsp Butter: 3 tbsp Method Take a flat, heavy bottomed vessel. Heat the butter. Add the plain flour and stir fry on a low flame. Keep stirring without browning it. Gradually add the milk stirring continuously. The sauce will thicken. It should be of a smooth flowing consistency.
